I received a fantastic comment from Stu yesterday with some some thoughts that really got me thinking.

“I think the question you’ve got to ask yourself is, what can you provide that other blogs aren’t already doing? It’s not enough to decide to climb on the financial blog cashcow. You have to come up with your own angle otherwise you’re just regurgitating what you’ve read elsewhere. So what can YOU provide from YOUR personal experience?”

So I started asking myself that very question. What makes Smarter Wealth different from every other blog? What different angle do I bring. Truthfully I have been very scared to bring my own angle because I feel I do not have enough credibility. There are so many bloggers out there with more credibility than me.

But this is what I believe Smarter Wealth is about (and you will see this in posts in the near future). Smarter Wealth is the financial insight of a stuggling student who is trying to make his way to success through being an entrepreneur. Now that is a big mouthful to swallow, but that is about the best I can sum it up.

Because I am not:

• A Millionaire
• Successful in Wealth…yet
• A full time Entrepreneur
• Someone Who Knows Everything
• The Best and Most Sophisticated Writer in the World
• The Most Hard Working Man in the World

However there are strengths I do have which I feel I need to build on to become successful (you should build on your strengths too). I am:

• Learning More about Wealth and Entrepreneurialism Everyday
• Someone with a Great Sense of Humour
• Someone Trying to Live out His Dream
• Someone Who Cares More about Helping Others Over Becoming Rich
• Someone who Loves to Teach
• Someone who is Confident in Himself

So as I continue to nut out that Smarter Wealth is really about you will begin to see more of my personality and reality showing in the many posts to come. So I do hope you enjoy.
